What can I expect as a new patient?

We want to get to know our new patients! We will need to know your basic information, verify your insurance if applicable, see any recent X-rays and ask general medical questions. Please complete the New Patient Forms to expedite the process. To provide high quality dentistry, we will take full dental X-rays and complete a comprehensive exam when you come in for your appointment. We will discuss the best dental treatment plan and go over all your options.

What insurance plans do you accept?

Alfaro Dental Care accepts all in-network insurances, most private insurance carries and discount plans. We do not accept DMO or HMO. We offer financial options with many affordable options. Visit our Special Offers page to learn more about non insurance options.

Do you see children?

Alfaro Dental Care sees and treats children 6 years and older.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call the office as soon as possible at 678-842-9912. Cancellations need to occur within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time.

How will you make my visit comfortable?

We make your experience enjoyable by creating a comfortable environment. We have lots of complimentary amenities like headphones, TV’s, movies and satellite radio.

How often should I come in for a checkup?

People with very little risk of cavities or gum disease are fine with checkups and cleanings twice a year. People with a high risk of dental disease should go more depending upon their level of risk. High-risk groups include smokers and people that frequently consume energy drinks, sodas, or high-sugar beverages.
